Binary Text file color is...if white refresh this page... 6699FF

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a binary .txt file image
The image Not whites
and it's a portable file image
Use your browsers zoom to see it better.
This binary .txt image went through alot to be here for you to see
It statrted out as a white transparent 11 x 22 pixel .gif created in paint
Then it's hex code dump is Perl regex'ed to remove symbols and other parsing work.
Then that cleaned hex code has variables add to it to do height, width and color tricks.
Then that hex code is put into an array and pack functioned with template C
While the pack goes on, a file is created, opened and appended to, to save the binary code to a .txt file.
Then the binary .txt file image is called and renders color images where ever needed in the html for the internet.
I'm going to use it as a hi-def color watermark that changes daily in my text logo.
