To create a new message, press select for characters.

Press characters till choosen character is displayed then press on/off.

The choosen character will be put into memory.Continue adding characters,

if no character is choosen in 1 minute message will scroll,

or when "done" adding characters press select or do nothing for 1 minute

and your message will scroll constantly in the display...

Press on/off to turn off.

Units scroll speed and led brightness is factory set.
