THE "HIJACK BUSTER"®
auto anti hijack and theft deterrent system

MISSION STATEMENT

To grant licenses to Consumer and Government entities that want to mass
produce GDK intellectual property.

Other missions at GDK Electronics is to provide the public with state of the art
systems in electronic technology to combat crime. We also intend to provide
peace of mind to auto owners, meet the current needs of the market, and to
reduce the amount, and cost of crime.

We feel that in this technological era, most people are unable to obtain a
quality protection device that works. They want twenty four hour security to
protect their life and property, and at an affordable price.

Our research indicates that the majority of people are informed about
anti carjack and theft deterrent devices. The other systems on the market are
unable to adequately handle the problem they were designed to accomplish.
We feel that through printed media and demonstrations that our covert unit
will be shown to be far superior to all the competition.

It is our hope that we will be able to offer this quality level of product
and service across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Initially we will
commence operations on the west coast, and grow from there. Our product and
service will provide affordable protection. Finally, there is an alternative
to alarms and steering wheel lock bars.

Our professional staff will always be of the highest caliber in human
relations and knowledge of electronic technology. We are on call twenty four
hours per day to provide the public with our services. Each staff member is a
seasoned professional with practical experience in all phases of auto security.

To enhance our capabilities, we will utilize our own computer programs
specifically for our business. This includes mail order, alarm dealers,
direct distributors, auto retail dealers, mobile installers and product codes.

We want to see our systems are installed on all new autos. There were 10.9
million new autos sold in the United States last year. On a state level we
hope to see legislation passed requiring our system on all state sold vehicles.
