THE "HIJACK BUSTER®
auto anti hijack and theft deterrent system

INFRASTRUCTURE CONT.

19.	We intend to access nationwide T.V. advertising time and include a
1-800 number on our 30 second ads to attract and secure orders.

20.	We expect to place ads in local newspapers and appear on local radio
and T.V. shows. We will also contact Western Media and other media companies
to provide a national ad campaign.

21.	We intend to place billboard ads on R.T.D. buses in the Los Angeles
and San Franando Valley areas.

22.	We intend to tap the new auto market for domestic vehicles sold.
There were 10.9 million new autos sold this year. We estimate at 3% of this
market we will sell 330,000 units at the avg. unit price of
$180.00 = $59,400,000.

23.	We anticipate at least 15% of the auto owners in the local area to
purchase a "HIJACK BUSTER" unit. This will increase in six months to 30% due
to word of mouth advertising as well as our continuous regular advertising.
We anticipate the eleven alarm dealers to sell an average of two units per day
initially and then four-five units per day in six months. We also anticipate
an increase in the number of alarm dealers to thirty in six months.

24.	We anticipate our mobile installers will also begin with one-two units
per day and increase to four-five units in six months.

25.	We anticipate our mail order business will initially sell a minimum of
500-1,000 units nationwide as a result of a new product ad in the previously
mentioned auto magazine. Subsequently we plan to invest $30,000 in mail order
ads on a yearly basis in "Hot Rod","Car Craft", "Four Wheel" and "Off Road",
"Sport Truck", "Corvette" and the "Auto Alarm and Security" magazines.
This will according to the publishers statistics on mail order buying,
produce a monthly increase in orders on a continual basis. Statistics are
enclosed in the addendum.

26.	We are currently providing free demonstrations at Senior Citizens
Centers, at requested dealerships, or as a result of our printed media. We offer
demonstrations during regular business hours.
