THE "HIJACK BUSTER"®
auto anti hijack and theft deterrent system

CONFIDENTIAL EXECUTIVE SUMMARY CONT.

COMPARATIVES

Our research indicates similiar devices on the market, however these do not
feature the state of the art system that our unit provides. Jacobs Electronics
in Texas, sells "Stop Action" which can be foiled. Accele Electronics in
California that sells "Stop Jack", also can be foiled. Clifford Electronics in
California sells a unit which requires you punch in a code before you are able
to start the auto. These all can be foiled by carjackers and thieves who are
wise to the workings of these simple systems. There is a system advertised
that instructs you to tap on the floor of the auto to activate the system
Another activates a non-lethal electrical shock and one a smoke bomb after the
ignition becomes disabled. These systems may be illegal to use and definitely
will anger the thief who may seek to harm you or the auto after the incident.

All of the "HIJACK BUSTER" systems completely outclass the competition in our
unit functions and covert installation and our state of the art circuitry.
Our mobile installation, demonstration, and sales concept is a grass roots
method of selling, advertising, and promoting our unit. We provide at home or
office services, and we are reasonably priced. We are more economically
sensible than most other systems on the market today.

In carefully designing our system over the last few years, we have considered
all aspects of design ( including covert installation cost ) in our quest to
develop the finest system available today. The system promotes the local
economy, and prevents crime specifically carjacking and theft. Our systems are
fool proof and will save lives and autos, lower the insurance rates,
promote financial solvency for our company and consumers, lower enormous
insurance company losses for stolen autos, provide employment and pay taxes to
help the government and economy... At last auto owners can have peace of mind.
